How we'll work with you.
*We diagnose before we prescribe. We won't attempt to provide solutions or answers to your problems before we fully assess and understand them. Once we do, we'll then develop solutions capable of resolving them.
*Work with integrity and confidentiality. No further explanation needed.
*Continually answer “What's in the client's best interest?” In two ways, both of them important: what's the right thing to do for the client because they've trusted us by hiring us, and what will best achieve the results the client needs?
*No off the shelf or cookie cutter recommendations and programs. We don't reinvent the wheel nor do we sell packaged programs already printed and sitting on the shelf. Each client is different, so each client gets different recommendations and solutions to achieve their objectives and results, not someone else's.
*Build in regular opportunities for client approval and feedback so you maintain control. You approve the work we do in phases so you're informed and in control of the project on a step-by-step basis.

*We focus on employee retention and turnover versus trying to be all things to all people. This is our area of focus; we don't repackage work we've done in other areas and say it applies to retention.
*We have the capabilities and services to resolve most of the causes behind retention and turnover issues. Turnover happens for a number of reasons, it doesn't happen by itself. Not only do we know a lot about turnover and retention, we also know a lot about how to resolve its causes.
*A viable solution, from start to finish, is what we deliver-not just assessments or surveys. Many companies offer retention-related products, but do not work with you to accomplish end result solutions.
